Connectivity:
At 20after4.net we can provide you with high quality dedicated and managed servers on our extremely fast and reliable network. Your server will be able to burst to well over 1 megabit per second as long as you maintain a total monthly usage that is within your allotment there will be no aditional charge for bursting.

Reliability:
We make every effort to ensure that your server is always available:

• Backup power and UPS systems are installed on all servers and essential networking equipment.
• All servers are built with the highest quality components available to protect from hardware failure
• Our network is connected to multiple upstream internet providers to ensure reliability.

Support:
When you order a dedicated server you get 24/7 basic support for free, if you add our gold level support package we will assign you with a personal server admin from our staff to help you maintain your server when you need it.

Gold Level Support:
When you add 'Gold Level Support' your personal server administrator will be available and on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your on-call administrator will carry a cell-phone at all times and usually you will be able to get a response to your support requests within just a few minutes. The price to add Gold Level Support to a server is an additional $100 per month, however, this service is included with selected servers at no aditional charge (See server listing below).
